We offer internal audit, gap assessment and supplier audit service where we plan, conduct and manage the audits on your behalf. We ensure that internal audits, gap assessment or supplier audits are completed on time by professional auditors and any non-conformists are identified and reviewed. We will also help and support you during the external audit.
We have a number of competent and experienced auditors in each standard who can audit your or your supplier’s management system and are impartial and independent to the process, as required by any management system standard. Audits can either be planned by you (providing it is adequate and based on level of risk in each process) or we can plan and manage a new audit program for you. We will then conduct audits according to the program, and ensure that all processes and requirements are covered by auditors prior to external audit. Our qualified lead auditors have third party audit experience and will identify any opportunity for improvement or non-conformity, advising on proper corrective actions, and follow up actions till completed.
